Orders

All orders are placed exclusively through our official website icelabplus.com.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms of Sale and commit to paying the indicated price.

 

Products

Our products are described as accurately as possible on the website, including features, dimensions, and photos.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings or production batches.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in euros (€), including taxes and customs duties.

• Shipping costs are included in the price (free shipping).

• Payments are secure and processed immediately via Shopify Payments, Mollie, Klarna or any other method offered on the site.

 

Shipping

• Europe: 8–10 business days for standard products.

• Cooling system products: 3–4 weeks.

• International: 8–10 business days (excluding cooling system products).

Each order includes a tracking number sent by email.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have 15 days to cancel your order or return a product for any reason.

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Please note: custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at returns@icelabplus.com.

The return address will be provided by email once your request is approved.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will provide a full replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
