We have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at returns@icelabplus.com. Please note that all returns must be sent to the address we will provide you by email after your return request is approved.
Important: If the product is not defective, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue quickly. For defective items, IceLab will cover the return shipping costs.
Custom-made products, sale items, gift cards, and opened hygiene-sensitive products (such as ice baths or accessories that have been used in water) cannot be returned.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return your current item first, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the product you want.
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
